Hi, I’m Erin Mayfield. I have been a staff member at Vision Solutions since December and I will be going to UMSL School of Optometry this fall.

My Career Path To Vision Solutions

When I decided to pursue optometry as a career, Dr. Burton was very supportive and allowed me to come shadow her and the staff. From sponsoring me in the Lamar Rotary Fair Queen Pageant to providing me with opportunities to learn more about optometry, Vision Solutions has played a large role in the past few years of my life.
 

I am so grateful to have been given the chance to work as a tech these past few months, where I have gained valuable experience and knowledge that will help me as an optometry student and clinician. The Doctors and staff at Vision Solutions have been so supportive and I feel encouraged going into the next stage of my life.
